Our clients are composed of mostly people who are in the
process of relocating or just have to much "stuff". Our
outside storage area is filled with Motorhomes, 5th Wheels,
Pop-up campers, Trailers and Boats. These are owned by
wonderful "camping and sportsman" people who either don't
have room for their "toys" or in some cases local ordinances
will not permit keeping them on their property in
subdivisions.
Our Commercial customers include, Peters Building Company,
CenturyTel Fiber Co. LLC, Bandit Industries, Wilde
Distributing LLC, Saline Community Hospital, Lewis Homes,
Rose Drywall Contracting, Ken Cook Plumbing and Heating,
Salt City Antiques and Extreme Heat Sportswear.

Expansion Information:
In an effort to meet our customers needs, Sauk Trail
Storage is finished with a major expansion of our
operation. We have purchased 5.5 additional acres for the
construction of 3 more storage buildings as well as an
additional outside storage area for RV's, Boats, Trailers,
etc. To compliment this expansion, we have completed
building a 260' x 40' and a 240' x 40' shelter for covered
RV, Boat, Trailer storage. Still in the planning stages,
we are considering "climate controlled" units in a portion
of one of the new buildings.
Business Information:
Sauk Trail Storage L.L.C. was formed in late 1998 by the
partners when they saw a genuine need for an additional
storage facility in the Saline area. We knew there was a
demand for storage, both Inside and Outside, but we never
expected that we would be at capacity in just 18 months. The
self-storage industry is still booming and Sauk Trail
Storage is glad to be a part of it. With rapid growth in the
Saline and surrounding area we can see no end to it! We are
expanding our client base at the rate of 6% per month since
we opened. With our current planned expansion, Sauk Trail
will over double its capacity!
Quality Statement:
Sauk Trail Storage is committed in giving our clients clean,
secure, and safe storage options at affordable and
competitive prices.
