Phone Reservations

Due to the fact that we have limited Office Hours, we have enlisted a company called Phone Smart to handle our calls and reservations when we are out of the Office. They are a dependable company that caters almost exclusively to the self storage industry. Our phones are forwarded to them before and after our normal Office hours. This includes Saturday and Sunday. They will handle any reservation except for our covered RV Barns. They offer extended hours throughout the day and into the night for your convenience. It is a seamless operation between Phone Smart and Sauk Trail Storage. They have all of our information with regard to pricing, specials, unit availability, hours and pricing.

Here is how it works: You place a call to our Office and you are offered 2 choices as follows:

Press "1" for a new reservation or press "2" to leave a message for the manager.

If you press "1", you are directed to the reservation system and are able to reserve a unit, inquire pricing, specials and unit availability. The friendly operators will assist with your request. Should you wish to reserve a unit they will ask for a Credit Card number to reserve? Your card will be charged $10.00 at the time of the reservation which will be credited to your account when you come to the Office to complete the application and lease agreement. The information they collect will be faxed to our Office for review and we will call you to set up a time to visit our facility.

If you press "2" you are directed to our voice mail system. If you are a current customer you will be able to leave a message. If you are a new customer and inquiring about our facility, just leave a message and we will call you back in the evening during our regular Office hours of 5:00PM to 7:00PM Monday-Thursday and Saturday from 9:00AM to 2:00PM. We also check messages during the day and are usually able to call you back sooner. During the message there will be 2 additional phone numbers if you need to get in touch with us immediately. Please use these numbers for "emergency only"

Your voice mail will also be forward to a dedicated e-mail account that we continuously monitor during the day. We can review your message for an even quicker response.

Of course, if we are in the Office, we pick up immediately!
